Pick a color theme for the whole lab — it applies to every user on their next screen load.
WhatsApp Notifications
Alerts are sent free via wa.me links — staff click “Send” and WhatsApp opens with the message pre-filled. The lab admin number receives every final-report alert.
If set, WhatsApp alerts include a direct report link; otherwise patients are asked to collect at the lab.
Report Design — Header & Footer
Design the letterhead printed on top of every report and the footer printed at the bottom — separately for Table reports (CBC, LFT…) and Word reports (USG, X-ray…). Leave empty to use the built-in default. Sizes: width ≤ 718 px (190 mm), header height ≤ 132 px (35 mm), footer ≤ 76 px (20 mm). Logos: paste/use image insert — max ~2 MB inline.
Logo print — header & footer
Used only by “🖨 Print with Logo” (reports printed with ?logo=1). Insert your letterhead image into the header editor and the bottom banner into the footer editor — page margins are sized automatically to the image height.
Preview renders a dummy patient's report with the current design so you can check it before real use.
